- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪What people don't understand is that this is a "Rural" hospital. Many rural hospitals are limited or inadequate in their services including cutting off hospital medical supplies which is crucial. If you have a serious problem I suggest you go to a better equipped hospital than this one. I'll have to agree it should not be called a hospital, more like urgent care.December 26, 2016by Kim V
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never in my life been to a slower emergency room. My daughter fell and hurt her head bad on the concrete pool and she was traumatized. I drove 70 mph down here from Altamont to wait 3 1/2 hours.trauma victims are supposed to go ahead of these druggies wanting pills. They made us wait till well after midnight and we arrived at 8 PM . The most horrible hospital in Tennessee and that's putting it mildly. The nurses was rude and said Trauma victims went first and that was a mis truth. Harton Hospital you never get treated like this . A lesson learned. Well, 4 hours later the nicest doctor cane in and ordered X-rays.
